How Corporate Culture Can Make or Break Your SAP Innovation Strategy

Are you looking to get more out of SAP Business One by improving processes, integrating with third-party software, moving to HANA, and taking advantage of mobile? Are you working on anything innovative with SAP Business One that’s going to be a game changer and set you apart from the competition?

Without the right corporate culture in place, these plans will likely fail. As Peter Drucker said: “Culture eats Strategy for breakfast”.

Tim Guest is managing director of SAP Business One user Zoedale Ltd in the U.K. and has firsthand experience of this. After implementing SAP Business One in 2014, Zoedale Ltd went on a three-year cultural change program, which saw 50% of its existing staff leave or get fired. In 2019 the 15-person team is working to a set of values and principles; the culture really is about challenging the status quo and constantly looking at ways to improve processes.

This session will give attendees a few simple steps to help them define their values and principles and create a culture that not only accepts change but also drives change.

Key Business Benefits:

  • Learn how culture can help achieve your business objectives.
  • Define a set of values and principles aligned with your strategy.
  • Build a culture that drives innovation, change, and improvement.
