SAP can be a bit overwhelming the first few times someone tries to use it. There is a lot of power and functionality under the hood that may not be easy to find for a first-time or newer user.
By taking some of the more commonplace tasks (creating a sales order, looking up a product in inventory, entering a new business partner, etc.) and giving a few step-by-step instructions, along with some tips and tricks, we hope to provide an easy introduction to SAP that people can take with them to the other sessions as well as back home.
