Material requirements planning (MRP) can seem like an overwhelming task to take on. You can never think you are ready or feel like you are missing information in your system to have it work properly. The goal is to start small with one item and build from there. During this session we will walk through how we started using MRP at Saltwater Brewery and how we have grown with it as the brewery grew.
