It was a big challenge to maintain the huge volume of daily B2B and B2C transactions and the wide variety of attributes on products level and on the business partner level while abiding by our firm standards and data security policy.
To aid with that, ITM Development provided fully integrated SAP Business One solutions and customized e-commerce development, including full synchronization between SAP Business One and all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, fraud detection system, return merchandise authorization (RMA), and Authoriz.net, all within one single version of SAP Business One, which can also monitor correct data flow and accuracy of data integrity. A customized development of Magento was also needed, such as a complex product page with information coming from multiple resources (attributes, files, UDT), and a complex filtration mode and custom shipping method required unique capabilities.
