Insurance Liability

It is agreed that each individual exhibitor must assume all responsibility for any damage caused to the exhibition area and exempt the organizers from all liability that may ensue from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors are responsible for their equipment and are required to carry their own insurance, which should remain in force until their exhibits are removed from the exhibition.

The exhibitor understands that neither the JW Marriott Indianapolis nor Eventful Conferences maintains insurance covering the exhibitor’s property, and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Please refer to the rules, regulations, and additional conditions section of the sponsorship brochure.
